I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, being very close to the railway station and with easy access to local transportation. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always willing to assist with any requests. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was satisfactory during my stay.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the comfortable air conditioning that kept us cool in the warm climate. the hotel’s convenient location helped us easily access nearby tourist destinations. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean room that was made available to us.

We were disappointed by the lack of professionalism among hotel staff. They often did not attend to our phone calls from our room and demanded money upfront when we ordered food or tea.
